Fun Fact: Nickname “mintorel” complements
my name.I chose this because it carries the feeling
of freshness, clarity, and quiet energy – like mint.
For me, that sense of freshness is closely connected to design: I like work that feels clean, alive,
and renewed, not heavy or overcomplicated;)
With everyone, who care about what makes them different.
If you want a pearl –
it takes time and friction. I'm fine
with both.
A pearl doesn't form from beauty. It forms from irritation – something that got
in and couldn't be ignored. The oyster
just keeps layering until the problem becomes the point.
That's how I approach brand work.
The hard brief, the unclear market,
the perceptive client – those are the interesting ones. I don't let go until something real appears.
A brand is the moment
of recognition before
the thought arrives.
I don't make things look “trendy”. I make them stick.
Design career rule #1: risk it.
Started designing since my childhood.
Most recently – Art Director and brand designer for a major music festival across three cities in Russia. Built the entire visual identity from scratch: concept, system, everything.
I worked with Gazprom (the world’s largest natural gas producer), a US supplements brand (one of the fastest-growing herbal supplements worldwide), projects for HSE Moscow, a padel club in Texas, crypto projects, flower shops, architecture studios and etc.
Different worlds – same question every time: what should this feel like before anyone reads a word?
Freelance, agency, in-house.
All formats. Always the same standard.
